Payment & Refunds

How we bill

Projects are quoted as a fixed scope. A deposit is payable before work begins, with the balance due per the schedule in your agreement. We don’t start, resume, or hand over work on an unpaid account.

Care plans and retainers are billed monthly or quarterly in advance. Service runs while the account is current.

Deposits are non-refundable

Your deposit reserves capacity and covers the work that starts immediately: discovery, planning, and the studio time we’ve set aside and turned other work away for.

Because that work and that commitment happen straight away, deposits are not refundable, including where a project is cancelled before delivery, or where it stalls because the materials, approvals or access we need aren’t provided.

Work already completed

If you cancel a project mid-way, you’re invoiced for all work completed up to that point. Anything paid beyond that is credited against future work with us for 12 months. We don’t return it as cash.

Care plans and retainers

Cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice. Service continues to the end of the period you’ve paid for.

We don’t refund part-used months or quarters. A retainer buys reserved capacity: hours held for you whether or not you use them in a given month, so an unused month isn’t an unspent cost on our side.

Third-party costs

Hosting, domains, licences, plugins and similar are non-refundable once purchased, and are governed by the terms of the provider we bought them from.

If something’s wrong

Refunds aren’t how we fix problems; fixing them is.

If a deliverable doesn’t do what your agreement says it should, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll correct it at no charge. That’s a firmer commitment than a refund, and it’s the one that actually leaves you with a working website.

Raise anything at [email protected] or +234 903 378 5773. We’d always rather hear it early.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, contact us first. Raising a chargeback without doing so may result in suspension of live services and any accounts we manage on your behalf, and we’ll pursue recovery of the amount plus any fees charged to us.
